All classes will be offered with modifications for people of different abilities.
Hatha YogaRonna will lead you on a journey to unite body, mind and breath using traditional yoga poses. Ronna emphasizes appropriate alignment, mindfulness and listening to the body. Her class instruction is clear and insightful and helps build strength, flexibility and concentration, allowing students to explore their full potential. This is a mixed-level class, and Ronna offers modifications to all levels of experience.

Core StrengthStrengthen your core and you will be better at every physical activity you do. Your posture will improve and your back will be stronger. In this class, we’ll work at strengthening our abdominal, oblique and back muscles through specific exercises. Appropriate for all ages and abilities. Ronna will provide options as needed. 45-minute class
